We do not own or control these suppliers and are not responsible for schedule changes, cancellations, supplier errors or service quality, or acts of God, weather, strikes, or global events. All travel bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel supplier.
Payments & Pricing
All prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on supplier policies. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges related to your bookings or purchases.
Digital Products & Educational Resources
All digital products such as planners, templates, systems, and guides are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Travels by Tee LLC shall not be liable for travel disruptions, losses, delays, injuries, or damages, supplier failures, or decisions made based on provided recommendations or resources. You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and accept full responsibility for your travel decisions.

Independent Contractor Relationship
Travels by Tee LLC partners with third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators and does not control their operations, policies, or services. We are not responsible for supplier schedule changes, cancellations or delays, overbookings, service quality issues, or travel disruptions due to weather, government actions, or global events.
Travel Requirements & Documentation
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all required travel documents are valid, including passports, visas, vaccinations if required, and entry requirements for destinations. Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, for which Travels by Tee LLC is not liable. Travels by Tee LLC reserves the right to refuse service or decline bookings if clients fail to comply with passport validity requirements, Real ID or driver’s license regulations, or any government-issued identification rules required for travel.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen cancellations, delays, illness, or emergencies. Declining travel insurance means you accept full financial responsibility for any travel losses.
Pricing & Availability
Travel pricing and availability are subject to change until booked and confirmed with a deposit or full payment. We are not responsible for price fluctuations by suppliers.
Assumption of Risk
Travel involves inherent risks. By booking, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and agree that Travels by Tee LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Travels by Tee LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional travel planning and digital resources. Because our services involve third-party suppliers and customized planning, cancellation and refund terms apply.
Travel Bookings
Cancellation policies vary by supplier including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, and tour operators. Once booked, all reservations are subject to the supplier’s cancellation and refund rules. Travels by Tee LLC does not control supplier penalties or timelines. Refund eligibility depends on supplier terms, timing of cancellation, and type of booking such as cruises, group travel, or packages. Service fees paid to Travels by Tee LLC for planning, research, or consultation are non-refundable once services have begun.
Planning & Consultation Fees
All planning, itinerary design, and consultation fees are non-refundable as these are professional services rendered based on time and expertise.
Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products such as planners, templates, and guides, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing services or products, you agree to contact Travels by Tee LLC first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future services.
Changes & Modifications
Changes to travel bookings may incur additional supplier fees and service fees depending on the nature of the request.
